Strong shepherds build strong churches
Most of the pastors we serve lead small village congregations on very little money and even less formal training. We come alongside them with books, classes, and practical support so they can stay where God has called them and keep shepherding well.

The Need
A village church often depends on one man
In much of rural India, a pastor is counselor, comforter, teacher, and first responder for a whole community. He prays with the sick, marries young couples, buries the dead, and preaches on Sunday, often while working another job to feed his own family.
Books are expensive and hard to find. Seminary can be far away and out of reach. Many pastors are doing faithful work with a Bible and a deep conviction, and they know how much more they could do with training.
Peter began preaching at seventeen and later graduated from Moody Theological Seminary. That path shaped this ministry: training for the field, taught by people who understand it, so that pastors can keep growing without leaving their flocks.
How We Equip
Everything a pastor needs to keep going
A pastor needs more than a good sermon. He needs resources, fellowship, education, and a way to feed his family.
Books and study materials
Bibles, study books, and teaching resources in the languages pastors actually preach in, along with practical ministry equipment for the field.
“Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.” 2 Timothy 2:15
Workshops and conferences
Leadership workshops and pastoral training conferences bring pastors together to learn, pray, and encourage one another. For many, it is the one time all year they are surrounded by fellow shepherds.
“For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ.” Ephesians 4:12
Courses and classes
Evening classes through our Bible college support give men and women serious theological education without pulling them away from their churches, along with hands-on field training.
“A wise man will hear, and will increase learning.” Proverbs 1:5
Financial support
Where a pastor is serving in a remote place or planting a new church, we help cover living costs and ministry needs. A shepherd who is not worried about rent can give himself fully to his people.
“Even so hath the Lord ordained that they which preach the gospel should live of the gospel.” 1 Corinthians 9:14
The Multiplication Effect
One trained pastor reaches farther than one
Jesus told his disciples they would be his witnesses in Jerusalem, in Judaea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth (Acts 1:8). Equipping a pastor sends the Gospel outward in exactly the same way.
